Efficient IT projects management

Theme:
The session is on management IT projects in practice, thus what you can find out only from the efficient and experienced project managers, who work according to the rule: “You can’t manage people. You can manage stores, people can only be led” (J. Cadle, D. Yeates: Project Management for Information Systems, 2001).
